We are currently seeking a Sr. Java/React Full Stack Developer (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and operate end-to-end full-stack applications including front-end user interfaces, back-end services, and supporting infrastructure.
• Own the complete software development lifecycle including system design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Build and operate applications using modern GitOps-driven SDLC practices to ensure reliable and repeatable deployments.
• Develop scalable, highly performant, and resilient distributed systems with strong focus on reliability and operational efficiency.
• Participate in production operations including monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system optimization following "you build it, you run it" principles.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop responsive and component-based user interfaces using modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Design and implement secure and scalable APIs and backend services using REST/JSON standards.
  Ensure backward compatibility, version control, and maintainability in API design and service development.
• Solid in DevOps with hands on knowledge in CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins and related toolset
• Work with Kubernetes-based environments to deploy, scale, and manage containerized applications.
• Develop automated workflows and scripts to streamline repeatable development, deployment, and operational tasks.
• Conduct testing including UI testing, component testing, and integration testing to ensure application stability and performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working in Kubernetes-based containerized environments including deployment, scaling, and operational management.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on full-stack application development.
• 8+ years of experience with Java-based backend development.
• 8+ years of experience developing modern front-end applications using React or similar frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience building scalable APIs and backend services using REST/JSON architectures.
• 8+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, GitOps , DevOps tooling, at least hyperscaler, and automated deployment processes with infra as code (IaC) understanding
• 8+ years of experience building and supporting production-grade systems with high availability and operational reliability.
• 8+ years of experience working in automation frameworks for workflow orchestration and operational efficiency.

Preferred Sklls:

• Machine learning and deep learning/ LLM knowledge

Degree

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilites :

Concevoir, developper et exploiter des applications completes (de bout en bout), incluant les interfaces utilisateur front-end, les services back-end et l'infrastructure associee.

Gerer l'integralite du cycle de vie du developpement logiciel, de la conception a la production, en passant par le developpement, les tests, le deploiement, la supervision et le support.

Concevoir et exploiter des applications en utilisant les pratiques modernes du cycle de vie du developpement logiciel (SDLC) pilotees par GitOps afin de garantir des deploiements fiables et reproductibles.

Developper des systemes distribues evolutifs, performants et resilients, en mettant l'accent sur la fiabilite et l'efficacite operationnelle.

Participer aux operations de production, notamment la supervision, la resolution des incidents, l'analyse des causes profondes et l'optimisation du systeme selon le principe vous le construisez, vous l'exploitez .

Collaborer avec les chefs de produit, les parties prenantes et les equipes transversales pour traduire les exigences fonctionnelles en solutions techniques robustes.

Developper des interfaces utilisateur reactives et modulaires a l'aide de technologies et de frameworks front-end modernes.

Concevoir et implementer des API et des services back-end securises et evolutifs, conformes aux standards REST/JSON.

Garantir la retrocompatibilite, le controle de version et la maintenabilite des API et des services. Solide experience en DevOps, notamment en pipelines CI/CD, Jenkins et outils associes.

Experience du deploiement, de la mise a l'echelle et de la gestion d'applications conteneurisees dans des environnements Kubernetes.

Developpement de workflows et de scripts automatises pour optimiser les taches repetitives de developpement, de deploiement et d'exploitation.

Realisation de tests (interface utilisateur, composants et integration) pour garantir la stabilite et les performances des applications.

Qualifications requises :

Plus de 8 ans d'experience dans des environnements conteneurises Kubernetes (deploiement, mise a l'echelle et gestion operationnelle).

Plus de 8 ans d'experience en developpement logiciel, avec une forte expertise en developpement full-stack.

Plus de 8 ans d'experience en developpement backend Java.

Plus de 8 ans d'experience en developpement d'applications frontend modernes avec React ou frameworks similaires.

Plus de 8 ans d'experience dans la conception d'API et de services backend evolutifs avec des architectures REST/JSON. Plus de 8 ans d'experience dans la mise en uvre de pipelines CI/CD, GitOps, outils DevOps (au moins chez les hyperscalers) et processus de deploiement automatises avec une bonne comprehension de l'infrastructure en tant que code (IaC).

Plus de 8 ans d'experience dans la conception et le support de systemes de production a haute disponibilite et fiabilite operationnelle.

Plus de 8 ans d'experience dans les frameworks d'automatisation pour l'orchestration des flux de travail et l'efficacite operationnelle.

Competences souhaitees :

Apprentissage automatique et apprentissage profond / Connaissances en LLM

Diplome

Licence en informatique, technologies de l'information, ingenierie ou experience professionnelle equivalente.
