Job Title: Senior IT Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) - Local Candidates only

Rate: $50 - $58/hour (W-2)

Contract Length: 1-Year Contract (Contract-to-Hire)

Employment Type: W-2 Only

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting technology initiatives, analyzing business processes, monitoring IT service performance, and driving continuous improvement across enterprise applications and services.

The ideal candidate is a technically savvy, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This individual will play a critical role in translating business needs into technology solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and service delivery standards.

Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Experience
  • 7–9 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT projects across multiple business functions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and managed service providers
