Job description

A leading logistics and supply chain organization is hiring a Senior IT Program Manager in Southern California. The company operates a modern enterprise technology stack including warehouse management systems, ERP, EDI platforms, and cloud-based data solutions. This individual will oversee complex, multi-system initiatives and drive successful execution across business-critical platforms.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role reporting directly to the CTO. The organization is undergoing major transformation initiatives ranging from WMS upgrades to EDI platform migrations. This hire will play a pivotal role in shaping customer onboarding and enterprise program delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience in IT or supply chain environments
  • Hands-on experience implementing WMS solutions within warehousing or 3PL operations
  • Proven track record managing EDI onboarding
  • Strong experience owning customer-facing implementations and onboarding processes
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience interfacing with customers and executives
  • Experience gathering requirements and coordinating across technical and business teams
  • Demonstrated ownership of prioritization, sequencing, and delivery outcomes
