A leading logistics and supply chain organization is hiring a Senior IT Program Manager in Southern California. The company operates a modern enterprise technology stack including warehouse management systems, ERP, EDI platforms, and cloud-based data solutions. This individual will oversee complex, multi-system initiatives and drive successful execution across business-critical platforms.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role reporting directly to the CTO. The organization is undergoing major transformation initiatives ranging from WMS upgrades to EDI platform migrations. This hire will play a pivotal role in shaping customer onboarding and enterprise program delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in IT or supply chain environments
- Hands-on experience implementing WMS solutions within warehousing or 3PL operations
- Proven track record managing EDI onboarding
- Strong experience owning customer-facing implementations and onboarding processes
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Exceptional communication skills with experience interfacing with customers and executives
- Experience gathering requirements and coordinating across technical and business teams
- Demonstrated ownership of prioritization, sequencing, and delivery outcomes
- Familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) used in day-to-day work
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, or similar WMS platforms
- ERP exposure (NetSuite or equivalent)
- Background in consulting or client-facing implementation roles
- Experience building onboarding frameworks or playbooks from scratch
- Experience in fast-paced or private equity-backed organizations
- PMP or equivalent certification
