We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across complex initiatives that span business and technology. This role is ideal for a seasoned analyst who can own requirements end to end, act as a trusted liaison between business and IT, and apply technical acumen to document system interactions, data flows, and solution designs.

This team partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, highimpact solutions that support strategic business objectives. The team operates in a fastpaced environment, working across multiple integrated systems and crossfunctional teams to drive modernization, integration, and continuous improvement. As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping solutions from concept through delivery while ensuring business needs are accurately captured, understood, and implemented.
Role Summary
As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, interpreting, validating, documenting, and maintaining both business and technical requirements. You will work across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including discovery, analysis, design, development, testing, and postimplementation support.
You will serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring shared understanding and successful outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with software engineers, QA teams, and business sponsors across multiple departments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential, along with a detailoriented, technically curious, and resultsdriven mindset.

Required Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
  • Commitment to incorporating security considerations into daily responsibilities and decisionmaking
  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Software Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, evolving environment

  • Familiarity with integration and functional testing
