Lead the management of complex investment portfolios for high-net-worth and institutional clients, delivering disciplined, risk-aware strategies. This role offers the opportunity to influence investment direction, mentor talent, and contribute to firm-wide portfolio innovation. You'll play a key role in driving client outcomes and supporting business growth.
Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and oversee large, complex investment portfolios aligned to client goals, risk tolerance, and long-term strategy.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication of performance, strategy, and market insights.

  • Develop and implement investment strategies in collaboration with internal teams and in alignment with CIO guidance.

  • Lead or contribute to research efforts including security selection, asset allocation, and external manager evaluation.

  • Ensure portfolios adhere to compliance policies, risk controls, and fiduciary standards.

  • Partner with market leaders to support sales growth and client retention efforts.

  • Guide and mentor junior portfolio managers and analysts to strengthen team capabilities.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

  • 7-12+ years of relevant investment or portfolio management experience

  • Proven experience managing complex client relationships and large portfolios

Preferred:

  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation

  • Experience mentoring investment professionals
