ย STORE Capital Advisors, LLC is seeking a team orientated, self starter with credit analysis experience to join our Portfolio Management team.ย 


How you will contribute to STORE's mission:


ย The Investment Analyst is an integral member of STORE Capital's Portfolio Management team, focused on maintaining and maximizing the health of our $16 billion net-lease portfolio. This role is responsible for analyzing tenant and property financials, reviewing industry and customer performing trends, and collaborating with Portfolio Managers to assess risks and opportunities across the portfolio. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for a subset of the portfolio while working closely with internal teams to provide insights that drive resolutions and portfolio performance.ย 


What Will Make You Successful (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Finance, and or related area required
  • 0-4 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate, banking, or a related area; at least 1 year of credit analysis preferred
  • Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex financial statements, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills to evaluate creditworthiness and identify portfolio risks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to effectively communicate financial insights to internal teams and customers
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Effective at time and task management, capable of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality


What Most Days Will Include (Primary Duties)

  • Analyze property-level and corporate financial statements for existing customers to assess financial health and identify risks
  • Support portfolio management team with analysis and management of single-tenant net-lease exposure across the United States
  • Prepare detailed memoranda for Lease and Disposition Committee, presentations, and reports for Senior Management and Portfolio Managers
  • Formulate and communicate potential risks and strategies across tenants, industries, and geographies
  • Collaborate with Acquisitions, Credit Underwriting, Real Estate, and Accounting teams to provide insights that optimize portfolio performance
  • Engage with customers as needed to gather financial information, understand operations, and support portfolio management activities
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives assigned by the Team
