Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, professional and skilled Senior Inventory Data Administrator at our Morgantown, KY location. This position has a direct impact on the success of our Morgantown, KY facility.

This role is usually 5 days a week at our plant facility in Morgantown, Kentucky.  This role is not providing relocation, local candidates only. 

Use your Analytical, Inventory, Data Entry and Planning knowledge to:

  • Schedule, maintain, monitor and report receiving appointments to databases for incoming customer materials on a daily basis
  • Gather documentation from internal customers and manually enter into the system
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules
  • Invoicing and Buying/Selling shipments through a manual process
  • Develop and manage deadlines to meet commercial account requirements
  • Enter and update inbound/outbound shipments in BEST logistics system
  • Prepare, reconcile, and send weekly and monthly reports to customers and management

This position is right for you if you have a minimum of three (3) years of previous Inventory Control or Data Entry experience or, an Associate Degree with an emphasis in accounting. Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as proficiency in Excel and Outlook are required.
