Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to support our factory operations. This on-site role is primarily responsible for monitoring operating expenses, preparing financial reports, and delivering actionable insights to help drive cost efficiency and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing finance and accounting, and the ability to work closely with plant leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze factory operating expenses, including labor, materials, utilities, and overhead.
  • Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports with variance analyses for plant leadership and corporate finance.
  • Work closely with Plant Controller and Finance Manager to develop forecasting and budgeting processes for factory operations and labor utilization.
  • Identify cost trends and provide recommendations for expense control and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and support decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards including valuation of maintenance storeroom, fixed asset/CIP support, Fixed Asset Audits,
  • Participate in the annual budget preparation and quarterly forecast updates.
  • provide ad hoc analysis to support operational initiatives and performance reviews.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
