Job Description:


We're looking for a data-oriented Senior Inventory Manager based in Miami to own inventory accuracy across all Grip facilities. The role involves enforcing inventory best practices, auditing processes across the facility network, and driving continuous improvement from both an operational and systems standpoint. Additionally, you will redesign inventory related SOPs, coordinate facility requests, and collaborate with our data and technology teams to ensure our inventory systems are reliable and scalable.


Specific responsibilities:


Inventory Management:


Inventory Accuracy & Control

  • Own inventory accuracy across all facilities, enforcing best practices for handling, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Enforce and oversee FIFO compliance and hold inventory processes across all locations.


Auditing & Compliance

  • Lead full facility audits, cycle counts, and full physicals; work with all facility teams to identify and close process gaps.
  • Review audit outcomes to track corrective actions and continuously improve inventory controls.


SOP & Process Redesign

  • Redesign inventory-related SOPs — including receiving — addressing root causes of inaccuracies and inefficiencies.
  • Create and own daily monitoring processes from a system standpoint; establish performance metrics that reflect accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.


Facility Coordination & Project Management

  • Manage overall inventory requests per facility from a project management standpoint, coordinating priorities and timelines with each facility manager.
  • Travel to facilities regularly to conduct audits, implement SOPs, and support facility teams on the ground.


Systems & Data Integration

  • Work with the data team to ensure integrations between systems are flowing correctly, and inventory data is reliable.
  • Partner with the tech team on the product roadmap for the inventory system, providing operational input and feedback to keep customers satisfaction top of mind.


What You Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
