Job description

Description

What You'll Do
  • Monitor inventory health across distribution centers and restaurants - on-hand inventory, days on hand, inventory turns, and stockout risk
  • Build and maintain demand forecasts and replenishment recommendations using sales trends, seasonality, growth, and new restaurant openings
  • Own distributor relationships day-to-day, tracking fill rate, service level, and on-time delivery, and driving issues through to resolution
  • Lead inventory readiness for menu launches, LTOs, packaging changes, and product transitions across both brands
  • Build dashboards and reporting that give leadership a clear, real-time view of inventory risk and performance
  • Partner with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Finance, and suppliers to keep inventory plans aligned with the business

  • A track record of spotting problems before they become problems, and following through until they're actually solved
  • Strong communication skills - you can walk a distributor through an issue and brief an executive on the same day
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or equivalent experience

Nice to have: restaurant, foodservice, CPG, retail, or multi-unit operations experience; experience with broadline distributors; familiarity with Restaurant365 or a similar ERP/inventory-planning system.
