Job description

A fast-growing software company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design and build next-generation AI-enabled products.
This individual will play a key role in developing production-ready AI solutions, building scalable software systems, and helping shape the future of intelligent automation across highly regulated business environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain production AI pipelines and applications
  • Design scalable systems supporting document processing and workflow automation
  • Develop tools that leverage modern LLM and agentic technologies
  • Create monitoring, governance, and observability frameworks for AI systems
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define technical strategy
  • Participate in system design and architecture decisions
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong Python development experience
  • Experience designing scalable software systems
  • Experience working with AI/LLM-powered applications
