This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) Analysts near Ft. Gordon, GA! As part of this mission, you'll contribute to highimpact GEOINT exploitation, analysis and reporting of all Advanced GEOINT and Special Access Program (SAP), and related disciplines and products produced by the Army GEOINT Enterprise. Your expertise will help drive critical intelligence insights for Army operations worldwide!

What you will do
  • Conduct all-source analytic production by interpreting imagery including visible, infrared, and radar data as well as full motion video for the identification of foreign conventional and unconventional military installations; civilian infrastructure relevant to military capabilities; weapon systems; orders of battle; military equipment and defenses; battle damage assessments; communications; humanitarian efforts
  • Perform near real-time observation, analysis, exploitation and reporting of GEOINT data
  • Perform GEOINT PED on various A-ISR platforms
  • Maintain proficiency on GEOINT data from A-ISR platforms
  • Additional duties as assigned or required 
What we are looking for
  • IMINT Analyst 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
  • IMINIT Analyst 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
  • IMINT Analyst 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication, research, and analytic skills
  • Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects
  • Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
  • Extensive experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders
  • Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design
  • Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products
  • Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

  • Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder
  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II, etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG)GPC-II Imagery Certification
  • Experience with commercial visualization software
  • Experience with non-traditional GEOINT data sources
  • Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
  • Experience with data analytics and COTS statistical software (SPSS, SAS, MatLab etc.)
  • Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums
