Remote position with the ability to travel to our NJ and NY locations up to 25% of the time.

Position Summary: Senior AI Integration Developer to join our growing technology team. As a key member of our development team you will lead the evolution of our integration landscape by implementing Agentic AI frameworks and robust AI Observability standards to automate complex business workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Agentic AI Orchestration: Design and develop autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as Microsoft AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LangGraph to automate insurance workflows.
  • AI Observability & Monitoring: Implement distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry and develop automated evaluation pipelines (e.g., "LLM-as-a-Judge") to monitor agent relevance and faithfulness.
  • Core Integration: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using C# and .NET Framework/Core.
  • Serverless & Workflows: Create and maintain Azure Functions and Logic Apps for serverless computing and workflow automation.
  • API Governance: Configure and manage Azure API Management (APIM) for security and exposure of AI and traditional APIs to internal/external consumers.
  • Message-Based Systems: Implement integrations using Azure Service Bus.
  • Guardrail Implementation: Integrate real-time guardrails to detect and mitigate hallucinations, PII leakage, and prompt injections.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • 8+ years of experience in .NET, C#, Python, or a related domain required.
  • Cloud Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years of experience on Azure cloud services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
  • AI Specialization: 2+ years of experience in LLMOps or AIOps, focusing on the reliability and scalability of production-grade AI systems required.
  • 1+ years of experience in using framework like LangChain/LangGraph to automate Agentic workflows required.
  • Industry: Extensive experience within the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect certifications are a plus.
Skills:
  • 8+ years of development-related experience with Visual Studio and .NET applications (.NET Framework or .NET Core) for on-premises, hybrid, or Azure production environments.
  • AI Frameworks: Deep understanding of Agentic AI architecture, Multi-Agent Systems (MAS), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Observability Tools: Hands-on experience with Langfuse, Arize Phoenix, or Weights & Biases for tracking agent lifecycles.
  • Development: 8+ years with Visual Studio and .NET applications.
  • API Design: Proficiency in REST APIs, Web APIs, and SOAP services.
  • DevOps: 3+ years using Azure DevOps or GitHub and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Data Systems: Proficiency in SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Azure Storage.
  • Modern Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Security: Understanding of security best practices for integration and AI safety

The salary range for this role is $109,100-$207,300. The listed annual salary range posted for this position is subject to change and may vary depending on performance, education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, demonstrated proficiency in the competencies required for the role and business needs. Base pay is just one component of GNY's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
