Job Description:

- Provide program management and systems engineering support for Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP) missions.

- Assess launch service schedules, budgets, risks, contract requirements, and technical milestones.

- Coordinate with Government customers, commercial launch providers, payload organizations, and mission partners.

- Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Design Reviews, Readiness Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), and Working Groups.

- Develop executive briefings, technical presentations, decision packages, schedules, and action-item tracking.

- Support launch campaign planning including site readiness, facility coordination, mission integration, and launch operations.

- Review engineering documentation and system testing to verify mission requirements.

- Ensure compliance with DoD, USSF, SSC, and national launch policies.

- Support acquisition planning, contract execution, proposal evaluations, and technical assessments.

Required Skills

- Active DoD Secret clearance

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Program Management, Acquisition Management, Physical Sciences, or related technical field

- 5+ years of experience supporting one or more of the following: Space launch, Missile systems, Space Systems, Systems Engineering, Acquisition, Mission Integration

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts

- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

Desired Skills:

Active DoD TS with SCI eligibility.

Master's Degree in relevant education requirement (includes MBA w/ relevant technical experience).

10 years prior launch/missile enlisted experience may be substituted for education requirement.

Prior Launch, Missile or Space Operational experience.

Proficiency in the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR), MS Project or and/or Confluence/Jira.
