Job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a person of integrity that enjoys sales. You are responsible for sales including but not limited to acting as a bridge between clients and the insurer, identifying needs, recommending coverage, and facilitating policy sales. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze situations, and a keen understanding of the insurance industry. A TN and GA license in Property and Casuality is requred to begin selling. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

Selling and renewing insurance policies: Producers actively seek out new clients and help existing clients renew their policies.

Assessing client needs: They consult with individuals and businesses to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Managing policy updates and payments: They handle policy updates, process payments, and ensure clients' accounts are accurate and current.

Assisting with claims and disputes: Producers guide clients through the claims process and act as a reliable point of contact for any issues or disputes that arise.

Ensuring compliance: They stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all activities comply with state licensing requirements and ethical standards.
