Job Summary 
The Inspection Supervisor oversees the daily duties of the inspectors and inspections department to ensure the quality, efficiency and accuracy of their reporting.
Duties amp; Functions 
Route Control: Oversees the efficiency of each Inspector’s daily routes to job sites.  Controls quantity and zoning for each Inspector’s weekly inspections.  Communicates with Inspector’s on how well routes are going and when adjustments are needed.  Communicates with departments on which days inspections are being performed by each Inspector. 
Project Assignment: Coordinates with Project Management and Compliance Department on the assignment of projects to each Inspector.  Determines quantity of projects to ensure efficiency and accuracy.  Communicates with Inspector’s, Project Management and Compliance Department if any adjustments are needed. 
Administration:  Oversees the daily and weekly administrative duties carried out by the Inspector’s.  Communicates with Project Management, Compliance Department and the Accounting Department on the efficiency and accuracy of these tasks.  Communicates with the Inspectors on any changes to systems in place or changes in procedural duties.
Site Reviews: Performs weekly site reviews on each inspector.  Meets with clients on sites to get their feedback on job performance. Thoroughly examines each site for efficiency and accuracy. Communicates with each Inspector on performance evaluation and determines if there is to be correctable cause action or if any adjustments are needed.  Communicates with Management on results from weekly site reviews. 
Team Leader: Assists in inspections when Inspectors are absent.  Communicates with Management, Project Managers, Compliance and Accounting Departments on any given issue.  Daily contact with clients for problem solving and immediate action. 
Key Performance Indicators: KPI’s have been set for this department. It is the Inspections Managers role to see that objectives and targets have been met. Using data gathered from the KPI’s, the Inspections Manager will determine if any changes are needed and report the results and/or changes to Senior Management.  Also keeps track of monthly inspections sales for inspector of the month.
Accounting: Goes through total inspected sites (SWPPP) and ensures that they are being billed. Coordinates with accounting to ensure that sites that are not up to date and noted and passed to designated project manager.
Dat mobile: Oversees the mobile/web admin and ensures accuracy. Updates when inspectors/pm request changes. Removes users from sites once a site is completed and assigns to closeout year. Updates BMP list alongside Asst. pm for accuracy on work orders through the Dat mobile system. Communication between the developers on what items need to be fixed or new ideas to be implemented. 
Training: Oversees the 4-week training of new hires and ensures that the SWPPP/inspection concept is captured by assigning tests and reviews. Will sometimes be the sole person training but will allow other inspectors to help.
