This personย is responsible forย guiding technology work by collaborating closely with commercial leaders, product managers, and solution architects to understand technical needs and conceive effective solutions withinย Salesforce andย across the technology stack at MCBC.ย ย The roleย regularly worksย with solution and enterprise architecture to review and set design standards; they also develop other software engineers within the team. Success in this role is to be the person that is sought out for their ability to solve business problems with technology in practical yet creative way.ย 

What You'll be Brewing:ย 

  • Work closely with product owners and teams to understand their problems and business processes and use design thinking to creatively conceive end-to end solutionsย that deliver business value and enable development by the delivery teamย ย ย ย  ย 
  • Either directly or working with developers, configure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applicationsย (e.g.,ย Salesforce)ย to meet the specific needs of sales and marketing teams. Ensure solutions are minimally customized, use standard approaches, and areย optimizedย for performance and usabilityย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  ย 
  • Conductย in-depth analysis of requirements to understand desired functionality, thenย guideย engineersย inย decomposingย solutions andย identifyingย dependencies to ensure end-products meet standards and requirementsย ย 
  • Use full-stackย programming skills,ย knowledge,ย and experience to troubleshootย and remediateย complex issues, including software performance and optimizationย

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00ย -ย $143,200.00ย (posting salary range) +ย 15%ย target short term incentiveย +ย $23,000ย on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
