Reporting to the Manager, Cybersecurity IAM, you will provide cybersecurity assurance byidentifyingand reducing enterprise risks, designing security controls, and leading securityfocused initiatives. You will focus on Identity and Access Management across cloud, onpremises, and SaaS environments while partnering with infrastructure, application, cloud, and business teams. You will bring deep handson IAMexpertise, security engineering fundamentals, and the skill to translate business risk into scalable identity solutions.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Design, implement, andoperateenterprise solutionsincluding Identity Governance and Administration(IAM), Privileged Access Management(PAM), Single SignOn(SSO), MultiFactor Authentication(MFA), and directory services.
Serve as the senior technical IAM subject matter expert, defining technical requirements, troubleshooting complex identity lifecycle issues, and managing enterprise IGA platforms.
Integrate IAM controls with applications, cloud platforms, and thirdparty services to ensure secure, scalable access.
Identify, evaluate, and reduce identityrelated risks including excessive access, orphaned accounts, and privileged account misuse; lead IAM risk assessments and communicate findings to partners.
Define, implement, and improve IAM policies, standards, and access controls.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
Handson experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, enterprise IGA platforms (such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra ID Governance), and PAM tools (such as CyberArk,BeyondTrust, orDelinea).
Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect,Kerberos,identity lifecycle management, and Zero Trust / leastprivilege security models.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards including NIST CSF, NIST, ISO, CVSS, and ITIL.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the capacity to deliver clear, detailed reporting.

Compensation
Pay Range:$93,200-$135,700
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
