  • Define and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Guide customers on best practices for:
    • Content structure (Vaults / Media / Learn)
    • Communication strategy
    • Launch campaigns to drive field adoption

4. Integration & Technical Coordination
  • Oversee integrations with customer systems (back office, SSO, APIs, etc.)
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable plans with engineering
  • Ensure data accuracy, continuity, and system alignment

5. Customer Enablement & Training
  • Lead onboarding calls, trainings, and launch readiness sessions
  • Equip customers with a clear operating model for Hussle
  • Ensure stakeholders understand how to drive adoption internally

6. Documentation & Process Standardization
  • Build and refine onboarding playbooks, templates, and workflows
  • Improve time-to-launch and onboarding consistency across customers
  • Capture feedback loops to improve product and onboarding experience

  • 2+ years in Implementation, Onboarding, or Project Management roles
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in:
