An industry-leading high-end landscaping firm seeks a General Manager who is a highly skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. The GM oversees daily operations, builds relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensures operational and cultural excellence, and drives profitable growth.

The selected leader will transition client relationships, optimize operations, and ultimately lead as the business expands. The ideal candidate brings a blend of operational excellence, strategic insight, and financial acumen to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional results.

Operational Leadership & Business Strategy

  • Oversee and direct all daily operations for landscape construction projects and maintenance to ensure efficiency, quality control, and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to streamline processes and drive profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting.
  • Ensure operational excellence and cultural alignment with the company’s high-performance expectations.
  • Uphold a Completed Staff Work Mindset, ensuring that all work submitted to leadership is thoroughly analyzed, decision-ready, and requires no additional refinement.

Client Relationship Management
