Job description

Senior Helpers, a provider of in-home senior services, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through compassionate care. We provide specialized support for conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer's.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Standby assistance with ambulation, toileting, and dressing
  • Personal hygiene support: toileting, showers, bathing, bedpans, commodes
  • Incontinence care
  • Transfers using Hoyer lift or gait belt
  • Light housekeeping: organizing, dusting, sweeping, dishes, laundry, trash
  • Occasional transportation to doctor’s appointments or errands

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional dementia care experience
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must have a smartphone and internet access (for mobile app time tracking)
