What We're Looking For:
Required
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for residents-centered care and team development

Preferred
  • Nursing leadership experience in Assisted Living
  • Memory Care experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive quality outcomes, and foster positive culture

This leadership position provides 24/7 clinical oversight and participates in an on-call rotation to support residents, team members, and community operations when needed.
Applicants must successfully complete all required screenings, including TB testing, in accordance with state regulations.
