Choctaw Defense Services (CDS)

Choctaw Defense Services (CDS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of a Base Operations & Maintenance (BOM) contract supporting Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF).

As the Program Manager, you will serve as the senior on-site leader responsible for the overall performance of the contract, ensuring operational excellence while acting as the primary liaison between CDS and the U.S. Government. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven leader with extensive Operations & Maintenance (O&M) experience supporting federal or Department of Defense contracts.

Key Responsibilities
    Provide overall leadership and management for all contract operations at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF).Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).Direct and supervise Lead Supervisors, functional area managers, and technical personnel across multiple disciplines.Ensure contract performance meets all requirements for quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.Oversee staffing, certifications, licensing, and security requirements to maintain full contract compliance.Manage Preventive Maintenance (PM), Operational Work Orders (OWOs), and Direct Maintenance Orders (DMOs) utilizing GFEBS.Prepare and deliver management reports, briefings, meeting minutes, and contract deliverables.Provide responsive leadership, including availability for after-hours operational support in accordance with contract requirements.
Required Qualifications

Required Education & Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum five (5) years of operations management experience overseeing:Human ResourcesFinancial ResourcesFacility Repair & MaintenanceContract ManagementExecutive Reporting and Presentations
Minimum two (2) years of experience serving as a Program Manager on an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract valued at more than $20 million annually.

Additional Requirements

    Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Must be a legal U.S. resident.Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for the duration of the contract.
