***This is an overnight position from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM***


JOB SUMMARY:

Quality Advisor


Plans, organizes, and directs the quality management processes and systems within the Healthcare Express Quality Organization. Provides guidance, support, and advice to multiple internal/external customers regarding the effective management of business healthcare quality assurance. Project manages and oversees the conceptualization, planning, design, implementation, and support of quality assurance processes and systems and quality technology solutions. Evaluates and monitors healthcare quality processes and systems to identify areas for continuous improvement and transformation ensuring global excellence. Performs other duties as assigned.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Education (Minimum):

  • Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in healthcare quality or safety, transportation, business, information systems, computer science, science or other scientific or quantitative discipline.


Experience (Minimum):

  • Five (5) years minimum experience required in healthcare quality in manufacturing, laboratories, or distribution, OR closely related experience, preferably with 4 years’ experience in business, transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Must have medical device or clinical trial experience.


Experience (Preferred):

  • eQMS systems, involvement and oversight in clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, and medicinal devices, application development/maintenance, application/tech support, business area expertise, business analysis, business data management, systems requirements analysis/sourcing, IT metrics design/analysis, software quality assurance, systems demand management, systems integration, systems project management, systems strategic planning, systems training design/delivery, test automation expertise, test/use case development, test planning/coordination, or supply chain management & transportation industry.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient Office 365 skills required.
  • Strong basic management, human relations, project management, analytical and communication skills required.
  • Must possess strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to train, communicate and present clearly, both orally and written to all business levels.
  • Must be able to collaborate with business areas, systems users, and technical developers.
  • Proficiency in regulatory documentation compliance expectations preferred.
  • Some travel is required.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Position: Overnight – 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Salary: $90K - $95K Yearly (salary commensurate with experience)
