Position: Senior Business/Quality Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204
Client: State of Indiana
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
Join the Indiana Immunization division IT team as a Senior Business/Quality Analyst. This role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to support the Indiana Immunization Registry systems. You will gather and document requirements, conduct analysis, and validate functional specifications while ensuring the quality and timeliness of data reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to gather and document requirements for automation.
  • Develop detailed test scripts, conduct testing, and report results.
  • Track and manage tickets with vendors and IT teams for timely resolutions.
  • Assist in testing new modules and addressing data quality issues.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years in an IT environment, with 4+ years as a Business and Quality Analyst.
  • Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Proficient in quality assurance strategies and test plan implementation.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in team settings.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and health informatics.
