Role Description This full-time, on-site Epic Ambulatory/MyChart/Healthy Planet Analyst role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The analyst will configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Ambulatory, MyChart, and Healthy Planet applications, including building workflows, documentation templates, reporting tools, and patient portal features. The role involves collaborating with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT staff to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and test and validate system changes. The analyst will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in upgrades, enhancement projects, and ongoing support activities. Day-to-day work includes data analysis to support population health initiatives, creating and updating documentation, participating in training and go-live support, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities to interpret clinical, operational, and population health data and translate findings into system improvements.
  • Effective communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and support end users.

  • Experience with system configuration, testing, change management, and documentation in a healthcare IT or EHR environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, health informatics, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving clinical and regulatory requirements.
