ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client’s Charleston–Hilton Head division is the fastest-growing territory within a $120M+ national enterprise, offering a unique opportunity to lead, scale, and mature a high-growth market into a mid-market powerhouse. Based onsite in Summerville, South Carolina, you will be responsible for developing a team of 10+ sales representatives, driving rapid market expansion, and establishing operational foundations for long-term stability. This is a hands‑on, market‑building leadership role for a seasoned, high‑energy sales leader who excels at elevating performance standards, architecting scalable revenue engines, and fostering cross‑functional alignment. You will leverage KPIs to optimize performance, partner with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience, and play a key role in hiring, coaching, and developing top sales talent. The position offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path to multi‑unit leadership or senior executive roles as the organization continues to scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Leverage KPIs to identify performance gaps and adjust strategy for consistent, predictable revenue results for a team of 10+ sales representatives.
  • Strengthen cross‑functional alignment by partnering with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Enhance the proven sales model and support rapid growth while maintaining high service standards.
  • Develop and lead the high‑performing Project Consultant team, utilizing company tools to grow market revenue by 80–100%.
  • Conduct frequent ride‑alongs throughout the territory to evaluate and coach team members with a hands‑on approach.
  • Forecast sales capacity and staff the team appropriately based on projections.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire top talent for scheduled sales training classes.
  • Create and present reports highlighting current team production and future projections to leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5+ years managing a sales team generating $25 million or more in revenue.
  • Proven sales leadership developing team members to grow within an organization.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a 100% commission structure.
  • Experience discussing sales productivity and performance with leadership.
  • Ability to lift and transport window/door samples up to 70 lbs.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
