Senior Guard information

What is a senior guard?

Senior Guards are experienced security professionals responsible for overseeing the safety and security of people and property at a facility or event. They typically supervise other guards, coordinate security operations, and respond to incidents or emergencies. Senior Guards may also conduct training, enforce rules, and ensure compliance with security protocols. Their role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a senior guard?

To thrive as a Senior Guard, you need proven experience in security operations, knowledge of safety protocols, and often a high school diploma or equivalent.
