Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Analyst, Program Manager, for its in-house, award-winning creative agency and studio, WoW Studios.

This role is onsite at our WoW Studios Chicago or Riverview Campus in Benton Harbor.

As an Analyst at WoW Studios, you will play a crucial role in supporting cross-functional teams, creative endeavors, and marketing leadership. Your responsibilities will include guiding and executing product launches and retail activation programs, and contributing to the optimization of operational processes across various workstreams.

Our growing team of passionate and collaborative humans is focused on best-in-class advertising, storytelling, and consumer experience for all of Whirlpool’s brands including KitchenAid, Whirlpool, JennAir, Maytag, and Amana. We’re committed to increasing and elevating Whirlpool’s output of campaigns, content, design, experiences, and digital innovation across all consumer touchpoints (in-store, film, social, digital, experiential, etc).

WoW Studios is located in the historic Reid Murdoch Building at the edge of Chicago’s Riverwalk and at Whirlpool’s Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, MI.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Manage go-to-market product launch and retail activation content development across our portfolio of brands.
  • Manage the lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion, assisting with day-to-day execution and helping teams meet milestones and maintain progress.
  • Serve as a point of contact within WoW Studios to support cross-functional stakeholders, helping to build positive and collaborative relationships.
  • Maintaining detailed project documentation throughout the program, including conference reports and next steps.
  • Monitor and communicate project risks, and assist in the implementation of contingency plans.
  • Collect and report post-mortem data at a project level.
  • Master internal procedures and actively support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate project management best practices and contribute to strategic thinking.
  • Support the adoption and use of project management tools and systems.
  • Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
  • Help maintain resource accuracy across pillars to support accurate forecasting.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in program, project, or account management within a marketing or agency environment
Preferred skills and experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience identifying potential off-scope risks and navigating ambiguity
  • Ability to assist in synthesizing data and insights to inform objectives and actions
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
  • Process-oriented with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Comfortable providing feedback constructively
  • A collaborative team player
