Minimum Clearance Required TS/SCI Responsibilities I2X Technologies is a reputable technology services company to the Federal Government. Our programs support multiple Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense. We are seeking a Project Control Specialist (Senior) to support our customer's operations at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This effort provides our Government customer with Advisory and Assistance Services. This position will be on-site and will require a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2/ESI), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP security accesses. Responsibilities: Position Summary The Senior Project Control Specialist serves as the Contractor's senior operational lead responsible for management, integration, coordination, and oversight of all contractor support provided under the Customer's Training Office Support contract. This individual functions as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensures successful execution of all Performance Work Statement requirements, and provides strategic oversight of training operations, personnel, scheduling, reporting, and mission support activities. Primary Responsibilities * The Senior Project Control Specialist shall: * Serve as Contractor Team Lead and primary point of contact with the Government. * Direct execution of all requirements contained in the program Performance Work Statement. * Oversee planning, execution, and assessment of the Annual Training Plan. * Supervise contractor personnel supporting Watch Officer, Battle Staff, specialty, and collective training. * Manage execution of Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Mission Qualification Training (MQT), recurring training, certification programs, and exercise support. * Oversee development and maintenance of lesson plans, relevant scenarios, technical reports, and training documentation. * Ensure compliance with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles and Program Joint Mission Essential Task (JMET) standards. * Coordinate contractor participation in USSTRATCOM, Joint Staff, interagency, and national-level exercises. * Manage contract schedules, staffing, quality control, risk management, and performance metrics. * Review and approve technical reports, after-action reports, Annual Training Plans, and CDRL submissions prior to Government delivery. * Monitor lessons learned and recommend strategic improvements to training effectiveness. * Coordinate with Government leadership regarding priorities, emerging mission requirements, and operational changes. * Ensure contractor performance complies with security requirements, quality standards, and contract objectives. * Lead transition activities, knowledge management, and continuity planning throughout the contract lifecycle. Qualifications Required Experience: * More than ten (10) years combined relevant experience. * More than three (3) years within the previous five (5) years supporting airborne or fixed-site command and control operations, continuity planning, mission execution, or operational program management within a Department of War (DoW) environment. * More than seven (7) years of relevant USSTRATCOM or National Military Command System (NMCS) experience. * Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary operational support teams, managing Government contracts, and serving as the principal contractor interface with senior Government leadership. * Functional expertise in the operation and employment of DoW, National Military Command System (NMCS) and nuclear command and control (NC2) platforms, nodes and battle staff and other DoW and interagency organizations pertinent to execution of military missions. * Previous SAP access experience relating to the community. Essential Requirements: * US Citizenship * Active Top Secret clearance with SCI, NC2/ESI, and SAP eligibility. Salary bands have not yet been determined for this opportunity.
