Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support high‑visibility Air Force weapons‑system programs at Eglin AFB. In this role, you will lead technical evaluations, shape government negotiation positions, and deliver analysis that drives affordability, schedule efficiency, and informed decision‑making. You’ll brief senior leaders, assess supplier capabilities, coordinate across acquisition and test communities, and manage daily tasking in a classified environment.

This is an opportunity to bring your advanced program‑office or operational experience to a mission‑driven team influencing one of the nation’s most important defense programs.

***Candidates must have active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. ***

Why This Role Matters

  • High‑visibility position on a major, active weapons-system program
  • Live and work on Florida’s Emerald Coast, beaches, affordable living, and no state income tax
  • Join a stable, mission-focused team with real opportunity for long-term growth as the contract matures

What You’ll Do

  • Provide senior-level analytical and programmatic analysis of contracts and proposals to Air Force weapons system programs.
  • Support requirements development, capability assessments, and operational integration activities.
  • Analyze program performance, schedules, risks, and technical data to inform leadership decisions.
  • Support developmental and operational testing activities, including test planning and results analysis.
  • Respond to and manage taskers from Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) and Headquarters Air Force (HAF) staff on a recurring basis.
  • Execute and manage daily tasking within classified systems.
  • Support Special Access Program (SAP) activities in accordance with security and program requirements.
  • Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to ensure alignment across acquisition, testing, and operational communities.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and decision support materials for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizen and MUST HAVE active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility;
  • Preferably possess at least three (3) years of recent SAP access experience;
  • Maintain a Personnel Security Questionnaire (PSQ) updated within the past 12 months with no adverse findings;
  • Have a minimum of 12 years of direct, hands-on experience with weapons systems as either a military operator or an analyst within an Air Force or Navy weapons program office; and
  • Demonstrated ability to work full‑time in a classified environment while managing multiple high‑priority taskers.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in a secure, classified office environment where noise levels may range from low to moderate.
  • Limited overnight travel may be required from time to time.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
