Description:

OVERVIEW

Supports the Creative Services team by executing design work across print and digital projects under the guidance of senior designers, helping bring ministry communications to life with clean, on-brand execution.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Executes design projects as assigned, working from creative direction provided by senior designers

· Produces layouts, templates, and design assets for print and digital communications

· Assists senior designers and the Sr. Graphic Designer with production tasks, including resizing, formatting, and file prep

· Prepares final art files for print and digital output, checking for accuracy before handoff

· Makes revisions to existing design files based on feedback from senior designers or department directors

· Maintains organized image and asset resource files

· Supports photo shoots and video productions as needed

· Participates in brainstorming and concepting sessions as part of the Creative Services team

Stays current on design trends and tools relevant to ministry communications

Requirements:

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent portfolio experience. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Strong attention to detail and eagerness to grow design skills within a collaborative team environment.
