NO buscamos un ingeniero de oficina tradicional.
Buscamos el ingeniero que: Disfruta los casos "raros" que requieren pensamiento lateral
Puede diagnosticar causas raíz con evidencia limitada
Diseña soluciones innovadoras (no solo "by the book")
Comunica expertise técnico a clientes no-técnicos

Lo que ofrecemos
1. Shadowing CEO en 5-10 evaluaciones forenses complejas
2. Co-liderar evaluaciones con autonomía progresiva
3. Ownership completo de 2-3 proyectos de diagnóstico
4. Desarrollar propuestas técnicas y presentaciones a clientes
5. Certificación en metodologías propietarias de Nexo
REQUISITOS:
PE activo en Puerto Rico (requerido)
8+ años post-licensure en ingeniería estructural
Expertise en diagnóstico de patología estructural (grietas, asentamientos, fallas)
Experiencia en 3+ de estas áreas:
• Evaluación de estructuras existentes (ACI 364, ASCE 11)
• Diseño de refuerzo/rehabilitación (FRP, postensado, encamisados)
• Cimentaciones y geotecnia aplicada
• Análisis de causa raíz de fallas estructurales
• Peritajes o testimonios expertos
BONUS (diferenciadores clave):
Experiencia en construcción (field experience)
Certificaciones especializadas (ACI, ICRI, SEI)
Familiaridad con tecnologías emergentes (monitoreo estructural, BIM)
