JOB SUMMARY
The Revenue Auditor position is responsible for auditing all areas of the business, using written checklists and audit
procedures, investigating unusual occurrences and variances, and reporting them to the Accounting Manager/Sr
Director of Finance. In addition, this position will prepare exception reports for errors and violations of internal controls
and gaming regulations., as outlined below, in accordance with Owensboro Racing & Gaming (the "Company") policies
and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform daily audits of all cost centers (i.e. Gaming, F&B, cage, mutuels, etc.).
• Draft preliminary revenue journal entries in compliance with chart of accounts and GAAP.
• Create and distribute daily financial snapshots to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with property standard operating procedures and system of internal controls.
• Thoroughly investigate, research, and communicate all variances.
• Organize and store company financial support in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Must be detail-oriented, professional, and have strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Associate degree in accounting, finance administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in the accounting or revenue audit department

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
The employee is regularly required to stand, speak, hear, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may
occasionally be required to sit. Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, color and depth perception, and
peripheral vision. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds. The work environment
characteristics described here are representative of those encountered by an associate while performing the essential
functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform
essential functions.
When working in the office, the noise level is moderately quiet. When on the gaming floor, the noise level may be loud,
and the employee will possibly be exposed to cigarette smoke on the gaming floor.
