This role suits someone who has built and shipped scalable enterprise systems end to end - comfortable moving between backend services and the frontend layer using the .NET stack. A distinguishing requirement here is practical, day\-to\-day fluency with AI\-assisted development tooling such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot (or comparable assistants), used to speed up coding, cut down on repetitive work, shorten debugging cycles, and generally streamline how software gets built.

 • Build dependable APIs, microservices, and backend components tailored to financial applications.

 • Partner with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA to ship high\-quality deliverables.

 • Apply Copilot and other AI coding assistants across code generation, refactoring, documentation, debugging, and overall throughput.

 • Review peers' code and uphold coding standards and secure\-development principles.

 • Tune applications for performance, reliability, and scale.

 • Work across SQL Server and other relational stores, contributing to data modeling, query tuning, and integration work.
