IronEagleXis seekinga Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build,maintain, and modernize web applications. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-facing features backed by reliable APIs, scalable services, and well-structured data models.This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across the stack, integrating application functionality into an existing microservice environment, and helping evolve legacy systems into modern services over time.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

We are seeking aSenior Full StackEngineer withexpertisein React to build andmaintainuser-friendly, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product designers, back-end engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about modern web development, interactive design, andoptimizingfront-end performance.

JOB DUTIES(INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

  • Build,maintain, and improve full-stack web applications and supporting services

  • Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern web tooling

  • Design and implement backend APIs and service-layer logic in Golang

  • Integrate application functionality with shared services, APIs, and data systems across a microservice-based platform

  • Contribute to the modernization of existing applications by incrementally improving architecture, maintainability, and interoperability

  • Design andmaintainapplication data models and persistence strategies using SQL, NoSQL, and event-based systems where appropriate

  • Write clean, testable, and reusable code, and contribute to code reviews and engineering standards

  • Support application deployment and operations in Docker and Kubernetes environments

  • Improve system reliability, observability, performance, and maintainability across the stack

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering across both front-end and back-end development.

  • Strongproficiencyin JavaScript/TypeScript and experience building modern React applications

  • Strong backend development experience in Golang

  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs,WebSockets, and service-to-service integrations

  • Experience working within service-oriented or microservice-based architectures

  • Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, andEventStoreDB

  • Experience with Docker-based development and Kubernetes-based deployment environments

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control workflows

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
