At Inn-Flow, we embrace the future of software development by leveraging tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-driven platforms to accelerate productivity, improve code quality, and free our engineers to focus on solving high-impact business challenges.
As a senior engineer, you will design scalable systems, mentor other developers, and play a leading role in driving both our product roadmap and the structure and evolution of our AI-forward development practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and implement .NET Core APIs and React/TypeScript UIs that power Inn-Flow's hospitality management platform.
  • Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enable innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and best-practice development standards.
  • Drive improvements in system performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, particularly in AI-driven software engineering, and recommend strategies to incorporate them into our stack.

Qualifications
Required:
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead engineer role.
  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core for backend/API development.
  • Hands-on experience building modern, responsive web apps with React and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
  • Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile team environments.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Azure (preferred) or other cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
  • Experience building SaaS applications with multi-tenant architectures.
  • Background in hospitality or financial technology solutions is a plus.
