Job description

Location: Preference for Toronto, Ottawa or Montreal, but open to remote candidates (within North America).

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/year.


Harris' public safety portfolio is looking for an M&A professional to help support our acquired growth strategy. The position is a true full-stack role, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to add-value across the entire acquisition lifecycle (researching, meeting with prospects, analyzing & crafting theses, & conducting diligence). This is a great opportunity to join a prolific acquirer and learn from the highly successful acquisition culture of Constellation Software.

Investment sourcing/origination
Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Big 4 Accounting / Transaction Services

Qualifications and Skills
Experience: direct experience in M&A, transaction advisory, management consulting, or investment banking. A strong understanding of software & VMS is an asset.
