Strong verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end full stack enhancements (UI, backend, APIs, cloud). Drive design and implementation with cross-team stakeholders. Resolve dependencies and ensure scalable and secure solutions. Improve performance and reliability. Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare domain (care management). Familiarity with GovCloud/regulatory environments (HIPAA/FedRAMP). Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka). Experience with performance optimization and configuration-driven platforms.
