THE ROLE: Senior Full-Stack Developer


ABOUT YOU
You're a passionate and capable Senior Full-Stack Developer who enjoys building thoughtful, intuitive products and solving complex technical problems.


You get excited about creating user interfaces that make complex data easy to understand and act on. You're comfortable working across the stack, take ownership of your work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment alongside a small, highly skilled, and motivated team.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, with a strong focus on intuitive, reliable, and responsive user interfaces.
Build REST APIs and backend services that support product features, data integrations, and customer-facing applications.
Turn complex WiFi sensing and technical data into clear workflows, insights, and visualizations.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and data science teams to design, test, release, and continuously improve scalable cloud-based features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Help improve application performance, reliability, usability, and the long-term quality of our platform.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong experience in front-end development.
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive solutions forward.
Strong proficiency in React.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
Hands-on experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Experience working with Docker and Docker Compose.
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Vitest.
Experience working in an Agile development environment, including JIRA and Git-based version control.


BONUS POINTS FOR
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes.
Experience with message brokers, and time-series databases.
Experience developing or supporting large-scale IoT platforms using MQTT.
Experience working with data-intensive applications, dashboards, or visualization tools.
