Senior Full Stack Engineer

We're building the tools that help local businesses connect, grow, and win.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who's excited to solve big challenges across our stack - Elixir/Phoenix on the backend and React + LiveView on the frontend.

You'll ship features end-to-end, influence technical direction, and help shape a platform that thousands of businesses rely on every day.

What you will be doing:

You'll design and build full-stack features that are fast, reliable, and loved by users. You'll collaborate closely with product and design, make architecture decisions, and help keep our systems running smoothly as we scale.

You'll also play a key role in leveling up the team - sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and mentoring others.

What you should have:
  • 7+ years of experience building production systems.
  • Expertise with Elixir/Phoenix, or equivalent frameworks like Rails or Django.
  • Strong frontend experience with React (or similar frameworks like Vue or Svelte).
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and search tools like Elasticsearch.
  • A track record of owning systems end-to-end and delivering high-quality code.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) - we love engineers who embrace new ways to move faster.
What we hope you have:
  • Experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company.
  • Deep Elixir/Phoenix or LiveView experience.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, Kafka, GraphQL, or distributed systems.
  • A passion for helping teammates grow.
Why you'll love working here:
  • Podium is the best place to work to:
    • Join the leaders in AI agents
    • Unlock career-defining growth
    • Build with world-class talent
    • Make a real impact on local business
Benefits:
  • Open and transparent culture
  • Life insurance, long and short-term disability coverage
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave
  • Fertility Benefits
  • Generous vacation time, plus three 4-day summer holiday weekends
  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401k Plan with company matching
  • Bi-annual swag drops with cool Podium gear and apparel
  • A stellar HQ (Utah) gym with local professional coaches and classes offered
  • Onsite HQ (Utah) child care center, subsidized for employees
