Our client seeks a Sr. Full Stack Developer / AI Platform Engineer to advance an AI-driven development ecosystem. The role will focus on building AI developer harnesses and workflows, integrating tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Kiro, and contributing to an internal extension-sharing platform that enables scaled AI-powered development. The engineer will develop full stack applications, evaluate emerging AI coding tools, analyze usage data to produce dashboards, and act as an AI evangelist through demos, hackathons, and knowledge sharing.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $68.00 to $78.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Build and optimize AI developer harnesses and workflows.
  • Contribute to an internal extension-sharing platform.
  • Develop full stack applications and integrations.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI coding tools.
  • Analyze usage data and build reporting dashboards.
  • Serve as an AI evangelist through demos, hackathons, and knowledge sharing.
Experience Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of full stack development experience.
  • Proven architecture and system design experience.
  • Strong experience with AI coding tools and developer harnesses, including Claude Code, Codex, and Kiro.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and metrics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead demos and drive adoption.
