We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the development of high-performance, scalable web applications. You will work closely with design and product teams to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces with exceptional user experience.

This role requires deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks, performance optimization, and component architecture. You will mentor junior developers and establish frontend best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead frontend architecture decisions and implement scalable component systems using React and Next.js.
  • Build and maintain a design system with reusable, accessible UI components.
  • Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient rendering strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect implementations.
  • Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and E2E tests.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on frontend best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and evaluate their potential impact.
