KPMG is currently seeking a Front End Engineer to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality user interface components and features for generative AI applications using modern frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers and UX designers to translate wireframes and technical requirements into responsive and intuitive user experiences for Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) systems
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; participate in peer code reviews to uphold high standards of quality and innovation
  • Take ownership of delivering key front-end features within agile sprints; work within the established microservice architecture to ensure seamless integration and functionality
  • Contribute to the improvement of front-end development practices by identifying and suggesting new technologies, tools, and methodologies
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the front-end stack; ensure reliability and performance of the user interface
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in front-end web development with a focus on building and shipping production-level applications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with deep experience in at least one modern front-end framework such as Angular or React
  • Solid experience with SDLC best practices and tools including Git for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and working within an agile development methodology (experience with Azure DevOps is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment(200TEC)
