Job description

A Top Am Law 100 Law firm that represents the majority of the Fortune 100 and more than half of the Fortune 500 companies is seeking an associate to join their International Trade Practice Group.


Key responsibilities

Candidates should have experience in advising companies on U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty investigations and reviews.


Candidates who also have experience in U.S. customs matters would be most attractive.


The International Trade Practice Group assist both U.S. and international clients on a wide variety of trade-related matters, including:

  • Antidumping and countervailing duties: import relief
  • Customs
  • Economic and trade sanctions
  • Export controls
  • Transnational business and foreign direct investment controls (CFIUS)
  • Trade litigation and agency representation
  • Trade and investment policy
  • World Trade Organization (WTO) and other foreign sovereign claims
  • National security
