Job description

Position: Senior Financial Operations Analyst

The Senior Financial Ops Analyst will play a key role in tracking, projecting, and driving financial and operational performance across the organization. As a member of this team, the position has exposure to all aspects of Monogram’s business model and is immersed in the rapidly growing value-based care vertical of the healthcare industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is eager to develop their skills in financial analysis.

The Senior Financial Ops Analyst reports directly to the VP, Regional CFO and works closely with all department heads and senior leaders within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards and reports, analyzing data trends to recommend actionable solutions.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, staffing, and key variances for current month and year-to-date for actual versus forecast and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and assumptions for accurate financial projections. Work with all business partners to understand factors driving variances and identify risks/opportunities.
  • Partner with regional clinical and operational leadership to design, model, and maintain clinician panel sizing and territory structures, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, productivity targets, and financial performance objectives.
  • Assist workforce management analytics by developing scalable models to assess capacity, optimize clinician deployment, and support data-driven decisions around hiring, territory realignment, and load balancing across markets.
  • Effectively communicate data findings and insights to department leaders.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and/or cost savings.
  • Work with accounting team to provide guidance on budget/forecast assumptions, develop analysis of monthly financial results, and variance analysis to budget/forecast.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with financial analysis & reporting, including: budgeting/forecasting, interpreting financial statements, advanced financial modeling and profitability analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision.
  • Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial data and build consensus.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tableau experience a plus
