Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Sr. Financial Data Analyst serving as a trusted financial reporting and data expert, responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into accurate, actionable insights. This role focuses on financial analysis, reporting, data validation, and creating the primary "source of truth" for enterprise financial data across multiple systems. The position partners closely with Acct/Fin, IT and Farming and Production Operations while remaining distinctly analytical rather than engineering-focused.

Additional InfoWhat You Will Need:
  • An undergraduate/graduate degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Solid understanding of data warehouses, data structures, financial data flows and AI tools, with strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and validation
  • Strong experience with Power BI or Tableau and financial reporting dashboards
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Proven ability to validate, reconcile and troubleshoot complex data sets with a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate information into an organized and presentable manner
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Remote work not available for this position for the first two years.
  • Must have a valid driverโ€™s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law
Benefits

Total Rewards: $80,000 - $95,000 / YEARLY

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
