Responsibilities
Under the Hospital CFO, this position completes and analyzes financial and statistical reporting and in support of senior management's goals and objectives. This position ensures timely and accurate financial information, financial reporting, and financial projection, and related activities.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting or Finance.
2. Master's Degree in Business or Finance related field preferred.
3. Six to ten (6-10) years accounting/finance experience required. Hospital/healthcare accounting/finance experience highly preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare financial statements and financial projections.
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Proficient in business software applications, i.e., EPIC, Lawson, Microsoft Excel and Word.
7. Working knowledge of windows based personal computers.
8. Public accounting experience, and strong knowledge of GAAP - Highly Preferred
9. Certified Public Accountant - Preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $33.42/HR. to $45.62/HR. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
