• Master Data Governance: Define and oversee critical master data elements, including customer/vendor hierarchies, product mappings, and General Ledger (GL) reporting structures.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for SMEs across Engineering, Legal, and Shared Services to ensure operational alignment and financial integrity.
• Strategic Execution: Identify and debate critical business issues to ensure the best possible outcomes for partners while simultaneously managing the tactical details of project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance operations, process engineering, or project management.
• Technical Mastery:
• Deep understanding of the full business cycle (Quote-to-Cash / Procure-to-Pay).
• Proven experience in Finance Process Engineering and building scalable operational workflows.
• Expertise in project documentation and PLC standards.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to diverse global teams.
• Resilience and determination to meet deliverables in a high-pressure, rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong collaborative style with the ability to "get into the details" without losing sight of the strategic view. Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans
