About the Role

As a VFD Field Service Engineer/Technician, you'll work hands-on with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), motors, and industrial control systems, supporting customers across multiple industries. What You'll Do
  • Perform on-site commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of VFDs and motor-driven systems

What We're Looking For
  • 0-5 years of experience in field service, electrical systems, or industrial equipment (commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair experience preferred)
  • Exposure to VFDs, AC/DC drives, motors, or industrial power electronics is a strong plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in the field
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Comfortable working in industrial environments (plants, facilities, job sites)

Education
Required:
  • Associate (2-year technical degree) in Electrical/Electronic Technology or equivalent

Preferred:
